about Yree

Yree started from a simple frustration: the web had gotten heavy.

Every tool wanted an account. Every site needed a framework. Every framework needed a build pipeline. Every pipeline needed a cloud subscription. Somewhere along the way, we stopped building for people and started building for complexity itself.

I wanted out of that loop.

Yree is my attempt to make things that feel like they belong in nature — quiet, efficient, regenerative. Tools that do one thing well and stay out of your way. Code that doesn’t demand your attention or your RAM.

I’m a builder at heart. I care about the craft of keeping things small. Every project here is an experiment in restraint: what can we remove? What can we simplify? What would this look like if we built it like a forest — slowly, with intention, and with the long term in mind?

This isn’t a startup. There’s no deck, no runway, no exit strategy. Just work I believe in, shared freely, and iterated on with care.
